Lake
City - Lynn Black, 45, died Thursday, January 10, 2007 at Regency Park Nursing
and Rehab Center in Carroll. Memorial
services were held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 12, at Lampe Funeral Home in
Lake City. Burial will be at a later
date. Lynn
is survived by his wife Kristi Black of Lake City, daughter Angel and her
husband Jacob Cameron, 4 grandchildren, his mother, Caroline Armstrong of
Mission, Texas, brothers, Lowell Black of Sac City and Loren Black of
California, and sister, Luann West of Mercer, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his father,
Clarence Black and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Wilbur and Sharon
Daisy. Lynn
Black was born on December 18, 1962 in Perry, Iowa to parents Clarence Black
and Caroline Armstrong. On April 8, 1989,
he married Kristi Daisy Kruse in Lake City, Iowa. He worked as a livestock manager for Iowa
Select and a custodian for Carroll Kuemper Schools
for 27 years.
